There might be an instance that the aquashoes you buy will not suit you (due to wide or narrow feet or uneven structure) which does not cover by size chart. Please also note that manufacturers have different size charts thus we recommend to use chart provided in one of the pictures.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- If in case the aquashoes will not fit you, you can have it exchanged DIRECTLY to our shop or you can send it back via 3rd party courier (your preferred courier near you). DO NOT RETURN THRU ONLINE PLATFORM. Shipping fee to and from will be shouldered by the buyer. Please confirm first if we still have stocks on your preferred sizes.
- Before return, ensure that the aquashoes has not been used and that the original packaging, waybill and box are intact.
